Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes! Golden Earth is committed to sourcing crystals from reputable suppliers who prioritize ethical mining and environmental sustainability. Each crystal is hand-selected for its energy and healing properties, ensuring that you receive the highest-quality stones.

Can I combine tarot readings with jewelry or crystals?

Absolutely! In fact, it is wholly encouraged. All customers purchasing crystals amounting to greater than £150 will receive 20% off personal readings. Customers usually choose to combine a tarot reading with a crystal or piece of jewellery to enhance their spiritual journey. Some crystals, like Amethyst or Clear Quartz, are believed to amplify the energy of a tarot reading, while pieces like our Moonstone Rings can serve as a reminder of the insights you receive.

How can I book a tarot reading?

Visit the tarot tab on my page, click an option that suits you and add your personalisation. You will need to choose a date, usually a week in advance so that I can prepare and read for you by that time.

After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with further details on your reading. I may contact you for further updates regarding your reading.

How do I know if a tarot reading is right for me?

If you're feeling unsure or seeking clarity in a particular area (love, career, personal growth), a tarot reading may be conducive to your journey. If you have any questions about our readings, feel free to reach out for more information before booking. Have a look at some of the general readings I offer on Instagram for an idea of what to ask. If at any chance you're unsure, please drop me a message, I would be glad to help.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

Each piece is crafted from either 18K gold plated stainless steel or 14K gold plated 925 sterling silver. These high-quality materials are durable, hypoallergenic, and designed to stand the test of time.

While each piece is non-tarnish, take extra care of them as you would a precious talisman. Treat them like your magical gold-plated babies!!

Please pay special attention to crystal pieces as certain crystals should not be exposed to water.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products.
  • Remove jewellery before swimming or showering to prevent damage from water or chemicals.
  • Store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in a pouch or box to avoid scratches.
  • Use a soft cloth to gently clean your sterling silver and gold-plated pieces.

When will I receive my tarot reading?

Tracking & Delivery

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact support@golden-earth.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I can update the address for you. However, once the order is in transit, I may not be able to make any changes.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order via the relevant carrier's website:

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

Yes, I offer next-day delivery via DPD for orders placed before 2 PM. This option is available for most UK addresses. If you need an urgent delivery, you can select DPD Next Day Delivery at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. While I am based in the United Kingdom, Golden Earth delivers to the European Union, USA and Canada. Shipping times and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • United Kingdom: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
  • Europe: Typically 7-10 business days.
  • International: Delivery can take anywhere from at least 10-14 business days, depending on the destination.

How do I contact the carrier if I have an issue with my delivery?

How do you deliver orders?

The carriers I use are:

  • Royal Mail – For standard and tracked deliveries across the UK and international destinations.
  • DPD – For fast, tracked shipping within the UK and Europe.
  • Evri – For cost-effective and reliable shipping within the UK.

Each order is carefully packed and dispatched according to the delivery method you select at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
  • International Orders: 14-21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and any delays at customs.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, please allow a few extra days for it to arrive, as postal services may experience occasional delays, especially during busy periods (e.g., holidays or public events).

  • If you chose Royal Mail, please note that delays may sometimes occur in transit, especially with international shipments.
  • DPD and Evri are generally reliable but may experience delays due to weather, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my parcel?

If you haven't received your order and the tracking information shows that it has been delivered, please:

  2. If it’s still not found, contact the carrier directly (Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri) with your tracking number to investigate further.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes on my international order?

Customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in the price of your order. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for specific details on any potential charges.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Golden Earth wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I offer returns on physical products (jewellery excluding earrings, crystals) that are unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, tarot readings are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalized services.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate the return process.
  • Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item?

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact  returns@golden-earth.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return and providing your order number.
  2. I will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and the return address.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is in the same condition as when you received it.
  4. Ship the item back using one of the following carriers: Royal MailDPD, or Evri. I recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item comes home safely.
  5. Once I receive and inspect the item, I will process your refund or exchange.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The cost of return shipping is free.

Can I exchange my item for another product?

Yes, we offer exchanges on physical products. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll send out the exchange.

Please note: if there is a price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, you will be required to pay the difference (or we will refund the difference if the new item is of lesser value).

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We are committed to providing high-quality products, but if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@golden-earth.co.uk. We may request photos of the damage to assess the issue and arrange a full refund or replacement.

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Yes, please ensure you have your receipt (which was emailed to you at the time of purchase) to include with your return request. This helps us identify your order quickly and process your return efficiently.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within5-7 business days. If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used. Please note that it may take3-5 business daysfor the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.

Can I return or exchange a tarot reading?

Tarot readings are non-refundable. Once a tarot reading is delivered to you, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the personalized nature of the service.

If you have any concerns or are unsure whether a reading is right for you, I encourage you to contact me before booking.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact support@golden-earth.co.ukwithin 7 days of receiving your order. I will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the incorrect item back home.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact support@golden-earth.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to go through the return process. However, if it’s still being processed, I will do my best to cancel it before it ships.

What should I do if my return is delayed?

If you sent your return back using Royal MailDPD, or Evri, and it hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please check the tracking information. If you used a tracked service, it should provide information on where your parcel is.

What if my item is missing from my order?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact support@golden-earth.co.uk immediately with your order number. I will look into the issue and ensure that any missing items are sent to you as quickly as possible.
